We do not knowingly collect payment card details, ID numbers, or passport details through this website. Where travel bookings require that information, it is collected through separate, direct channels with our travel consultants — not through this website.

3. Why We Collect It

We process your personal information to:

• →Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form or WhatsApp;
• →Prepare quotations and provide corporate travel management services you have requested;
• →Understand and improve how visitors use this website; and
• →Meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful basis for this processing is your consent (given when you submit the contact form or message us), and, where you become a client, the performance of a contract for travel management services.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to operate our business:

• →Google (Analytics, and WhatsApp/Meta for messaging): as the operators of the platforms used to run this site and receive your enquiries. These providers may process data outside South Africa under their own privacy terms.
• →Airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers: only once you become a client and only to the extent required to book and manage your travel.
• →Regulators or authorities: where required by law.

5. How Long We Keep It

We retain contact form and WhatsApp enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

6. Your Rights Under POPIA

You have the right to:

• →Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• →Request that we correct or update inaccurate information;
• →Request that we delete information we no longer have a lawful basis to hold;
• →Object to our processing of your information, or withdraw consent at any time; and
• →Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have not handled your information lawfully.
