Once the form has been completed and submitted, it goes to the RT team for quotation. The quotation is returned for approval by the line manager, and the requester is copied on the quotation result.
You sign in with your work email, complete the travel request — flights, transfers, accommodation, meals, vehicle — and list your line manager's email address. A unique reference (e.g. RTM-2026-0143) is created instantly and the RT team is notified.
An RTM agent builds your quotation against the submitted request, assigns a quote number, and returns it to your line manager for approval — with you copied on the quotation result. Everything stays linked to the original reference.
Your manager opens the quote and acts with one click from the email — no login required. Their choice updates the request's status automatically.
Returns to RTM to book.
Request is closed, everyone notified.
Sent to a senior approver to re-decide.
On approval, RTM books your flights, accommodation and transfers, then returns the full confirmation and travel details to you, with your manager copied.
Your trip is booked and confirmed. You can revisit the full record — quote, approval, and booking details — anytime under "My requests."
Every request carries a unique reference and quote number, and each status change is timestamped. That turns the whole process into measurable data — not a buried email thread.
It takes a few minutes. We'll handle the rest from quote to confirmation.
